Highland & Cape Breton Softball NS 2024 Provincial Program and Canada Games Tryouts
This is for all Athletes in the Highland and Cape Breton regions. We are excited to announce our upcoming Softball NS 2024 Provincial Program teams and 2025 Canada Games team tryouts in your regions. We have been able to secure facility in Stellarton and we would like to extend an invitation to all athletes in the Highland and Cape Breton regions to showcase your skills.

Age Categories:
U-15 Women (2009 & 2010)
U-17 Women (2007 & 2008)
Women (2006 & later) Under 19 as of December 31, 2024, Canada Games age Category only
Women U20 players, Year of Birth: 2005 or later ( Canada Games Age Category)
Our coaching staff is looking forward to evaluating your talent, commitment, and teamwork during the tryout. This is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your abilities and get a sense of our team dynamics.

Assessment Information:
Female players will proceed through various stations where they will be given skill development instruction throughout the sessions as well as data will be collected for throwing strength and accuracy, fielding, hitting, running, speed and overall softball mechanics.
Assessment Fee - $40.00 All fees must be accompany your registration and can be paid via e-transfer.
Registration Closes on March 7th at 5:00 pm.
Athletes must arrive ½ hour early to warm-up.
- Please bring all the necessary equipment to the tryout.
- Cleats, gloves, batting, helmet, etc.
- bring water or a sports drink,
Pitchers and Catcher trying out for a position should bring their equipment. - Positive attitude and enthusiasm
