Hey there, Softball NS family! Just a quick heads-up about our communication channels. We want to make sure everyone's questions get the attention they deserve while keeping our operations running smoothly.

If you're a guardian with a question, start by reaching out to your association. They're equipped to handle most inquiries and can provide swift assistance. Should they need more info, they'll loop in the regional director for guidance. And if the director requires additional support, they'll bring it to the attention of the PSO (SNS).

We totally get it—life's busy, and we all have a lot on our plates. By respecting this communication flow, we can ensure everyone gets the help they need without causing unnecessary delays. Thanks for being awesome teammates in keeping our lines of communication clear and efficient!
