SOFTBALL NS IS NOW TAKING APPLICATIONS FOR SOFTBALL NS 2025 FEMALE PROVINCIAL HIGH PERFORANCE PROGRAM HEAD COACHES AND ASSISTANT COACHES
Head Coaches must have the following qualifications:
o Competition Introduction Certified. Extensive coaching experience, preferably at the elite or representative level in female softball.
o Strong leadership and organizational skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Coaching certification at the highest level available, or a commitment to obtaining such certification.
Assistant Coaches must have the following qualifications:
o Competition Introduction Trained. Extensive coaching experience, preferably at the elite or representative level in female softball.
o Strong leadership and organizational skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o A commitment to obtaining such certification
